Emergency notification system Marblehead will switch to a new emergency notification system March 1, following a national cyberattack that compromised its current provider, CodeRed. The town has contracted with Regroup for a one-year agreement at a cost of $6,500. “Regroup will provide reliable, rapid emergency messaging capabilities, as well as enhanced outreach tools that will allow us to broaden and improve our communication with residents beyond emergency notifications,” Town Administrator Thatcher Kezer said.
