On Friday, while the Marblehead High School was filled with students cramming for tests and listening to lectures, the Community Center next door was alive with the sound of bouncing volleyballs, the sliding of curling stones and the laughter of students and senior citizens alike at the first MHS Students and Seniors Club and Council on Aging Olympics. MHS Film Club starts work on new movie after success of ‘Currently a Paperboy’

The Marblehead High School Film Club, which released the popular movie “Currently a Paperboy,” last year, is now in the early stages of developing a new project. Aquarium biologist: Seal that washed ashore here was ‘most likely’ bitten by great white

Bite marks found on a washed-up seal on Thursday have been identified as most likely from a great white shark. The seal washed up from Marblehead Harbor onto the beach at Cove Lane on Marblehead Neck on Thursday and was found by swimmers. New England Aquarium biologist John Chisolm identified the bite marks.
