Marblehead lands $140K grant to finance rail trail segment

Late last week, Congressman Seth Moulton and the Essex National Heritage Area announced Marblehead will receive a piece of a recently awarded $1.2 million in federal funding to finance work related to the the town's rail trail. The 3rd annual Marblehead Museum Tag & Treasure will be held on Saturday, Aug. 20 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. - with a rain date for Sunday, Aug. 21. on the Lee Mansion Garden, 161 Washington St. Free admission. Over 3,000 items, including furniture, lighting, jewelry, artwork, LPs, ceramics, household items, books, vintage, collectible, antiques and more. Cash, check, or charge will be accepted.
