Has worked at Lynn Housing Authority for more than 16 years
What experience/skills do you bring to the table?
I have been involved with public housing for over 16 years working for the Lynn Housing Authority & Neighborhood Development as its director of planning and development. In this capacity, I have been awarded and oversee various federal and state grant programs that represent over $25 million of resources to the residents of Lynn.

I facilitated the drafting and passage of the city’s first housing production plan, working with stakeholders, residents, elected officials and regional planning agencies. I also serve as an administrator for Neighborhood Development Associates, a nonprofit development corporation dedicated to creating affordable housing in the city of Lynn.
With NDA, I am currently working to convert the historic Lynn Armory building into mixed-income veterans housing, utilizing both low-income housing tax credits and historic tax credits. I am hoping this specific experience can be helpful as it relates to the redevelopment of the Broughton Road site.
If elected, what are your goals for the MHA?
The first goal is to make sure that current residents’ housing needs are met, whether it’s safety, security or maintenance. Another goal is modernization of sites, specifically the redevelopment of the Broughton Road site. MHA has a great opportunity to reimagine that site and build mixed-income housing in a way to make the community proud.
What is something people may not know about you that relates to this campaign?
Although born and raised in Lynn, I have resided in Marblehead with my family for the last 14 years. I am looking for the opportunity to get involved in my community where I am raising my son, William. William is a part of the Glover School community and is a passionate athlete, leading to my involvement in multiple youth sports and coaching his soccer team. Given my background, the MHA board makes the most sense to further involve myself in my community.
