To the rescue: Fire Department cools down kids on toasty day

The Marblehead Fire Department delivered some cool relief to kids at two locations on Friday, July 28, when Chief Jason Gilliland brought the ladder truck to the Rec & Parks playground camp at Gatchells and to the parking lot at the Community Center. The truck’s hose, placed at the top of the 105-foot ladder, sprayed down on kids running underneath for a fun summer splash.
