The Marblehead Water and Sewer Commission will be conducting smoke testing on the sanitary sewer mains in the Historic District beginning on Monday, Aug. 15.
A representative from the Water and Sewer Commission, Fire Department, Flow Assessment (contractor) and Haley Ward (engineer) will be on site and available to answer any questions.
Notices will be left on the doors of homes in the smoke testing area, which is outlined in more detail in the notice below.
