Anne Harmon Scully, 90, of Marblehead, died peacefully surrounded by family on Aug. 28. She was deeply beloved and will be remembered for her generosity of spirit, sense of humor, strong intellect, optimistic nature and ever-present elegance and dignity. Anne was born on February 7, 1934, to C. Montelle Harmon and Helen McGroarty Harmon in New York City, the youngest of three sisters.   The town's Health Department is handing out free COVID tests after seeing a jump in cases late this summer. "We are seeing an increase, but this follows the regular trend of COVID at this time," Health Director Andrew Petty told the Current.
