To the editor: I’m not sure why we keep having issues with theft and damages to the ElderAct garden.So far, vegetables were taken on July 4th, as well as our hose being damaged.  Today as we checked for ripe  veggies to deliver to elderly housing ,we found two large table size outdoor umbrellas have “disappeared.” These were donated to us by the Lobster Shanty last year and due to rain and wind we had not put them in place.
