‘Bewitched, Bothered & Bewildered’ concert set for July 16 at St. Andrew’s

Vocalists Cameron Dobson and Mary-Alexandra Onstad will perform jazz standards and sing-along music July 16 at 5:30 p.m., in an outdoor “Pops on the Plaza” concert at the Church of St. Andrew, Marblehead. Dobson and Onstad, both sopranos, will perform “Bewitched, Bothered & Bewildered” by Rodgers and Hart, as well as “I Got Rhythm” by George Gershwin, “Stardust” by Hoagy Carmichael, “I Could Have Danced All Night” by Lerner and Loewe, and other favorites. The Marblehead Historical Commission will present a new exhibit at the Old Town House, 1 Market Square, beginning on July 8. "Mapping Marblehead: The Twentieth Century and Beyond" continues the Historical Commission’s project of presenting the highlights of Marblehead’s history. There was something for everyone at the Shelter My Soul concert Saturday night. New songs from the Chad Hollister Band and some old favorites from the Deb Larkin and Jeff Stout Jazz Quintet. Abbot Public Library to display ‘Ocean of Possibilities’ art exhibit

On Wednesday, July 13, Michael Leykin will present his first directed art show. He has gathered the work of Michael Marrinan of Wellfleet, Chris Volpe of New Hampshire, Pete Hocking of Provincetown, and Todd Bonita of New Hampshire, as well as some local artists in a carefully curated collection of ocean-themed art.
