We all should thank Jack Attridge for having the foresight to invite the author of “The Indispensables,” Patrick O’Donnell, for his recent weekend visit to Marblehead.
While Patrick was provided with the opportunity to visit the annual Glover’s Encampment at Fort Sewall on Saturday evening, Sunday afternoon in our historic Abbot Hall auditorium Patrick provided a wonderful recap of just how significant General Glover and the Marblehead fishermen were to the success of the American Revolution — all of which provided an opportunity to give awareness of the current effort to Save the Glover House.
Huzzahs to Jack Attridge for making this all happen!
