Festival logo reveal party
Tuesday, Jan. 20, 6 p.m.
The 2026 Marblehead Festival of Arts season kicks off with its annual logo reveal party at The Landing Restaurant. Celebrate by reserving dinner at 6 p.m. Guests should note they are attending the MFoA Logo Reveal Party when booking online or by calling 781-639-1266.
Fifteen percent of the evening’s proceeds will be donated to the Marblehead Festival of Arts.
The official 2026 festival logo — featured on all marketing materials and merchandise — will be unveiled at 7:15 p.m.

DIY simmer pots
Tuesday, Jan. 20, 4–5 p.m.
Create a cozy winter afternoon with DIY simmer pots at Abbot Public Library. Participants will experiment with seasonal recipes and are encouraged to put their own creative spin on the blends. All ingredients are provided and ready to take home.

“A Little Night Music”
Jan. 23–Feb. 2
Marblehead Little Theatre presents Stephen Sondheim’s “A Little Night Music,” a romantic farce following the intertwined lives of upper-middle-class couples in early 20th-century Sweden. Set on the longest night of the year, the musical features mismatched lovers, elegant humor and Sondheim’s Tony Award-winning score, including the beloved “Send in the Clowns.”

Tiki history and culture
Wednesday, Jan. 14, 7 p.m.
Doug Raponi leads an entertaining exploration of California’s tiki heritage — and how it became embedded in American culture — at Marblehead Yacht Club, 4 Cliff St. From tiki drinks and Disney parks to Chinese-American restaurants and Trader Joe’s, attendees will learn why tiki culture exploded in popularity and continues to thrive today.

Penguin Plunge
Saturday, Jan. 24, noon
Bundle up and dive in for a cause at Salem Coastwatch’s first Penguin Plunge at Riverhead Beach. Participants are invited to brave the cold waters, enjoy the camaraderie and support efforts to protect and restore the coastal environment.
