This Friday at 8 p.m., the Me&Thee Muisic welcomes Alasdair Fraser and Natalie Haas performing traditional Scottish music. Fraser’s music is featured in Ken Burns’ documentary series, “The American Revolution,” which just premiered on PBS.

The two “cover the full spectrum between intimate chamber music, Scottish tradition and ecstatic dance energy,” according to Me&Thee. “Over the last 25 years, they have created a real buzz at festivals and concert halls across the world, setting the standard for fiddle and cello in traditional music. They continue to thrill audiences internationally with their virtuosic playing, their near-telepathic understanding and the joyful spontaneity and sheer physical presence of their music.”
