The Marblehead Festival of Arts will hold its annual Artisans’ Holiday Marketplace at Abbot Hall on Saturday, Dec. 6, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sunday, Dec. 7, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The event will showcase handcrafted gifts from both new and returning artists.

Visitors can enjoy signature cocktails and craft brews from Bubble Bar Boston, sample holiday treats, listen to live music, and bring the kids to a festive craft table. A giant Nutcracker will be on hand for holiday photo opportunities. For more information, visit marbleheadfestival.org.

The Festival is also accepting submissions for its annual logo contest. Artists — professional or amateur — who live, work, attend school or belong to an arts association in Essex County are invited to enter.

“This longstanding and prestigious competition, as old as the Festival itself, produces a one-of-a-kind design to symbolize each year’s event,” a Festival statement said.

Judges will select 15-20 semifinalists then narrow the field to several finalists for public voting. The winner will be announced at a logo premiere party in January and receive a $150 cash prize. The winning design will appear on all Festival marketing materials and merchandise.

The deadline for submissions is Sunday, Nov. 30 at 5 p.m. A $10 entry fee is required, and artists may submit up to three designs. Entries can be submitted online at users.marbleheadfestival.org/index.cfm.
