Women’s History with Marblehead Museum

Revolutionary Dwellings walking tour
Friday, July 31 and Sunday, Aug. 2, 4-6 p.m.
It’s probable that many if not most of the nearly 300 houses in Marblehead still surviving from before 1775 were homes of ‘Headers who served in the Revolutionary War. Join Judy Anderson to see the exteriors of homes of some of the town’s more famous — but still surprising — servicemen, part of the Marblehead 250 celebration. Free, no RSVP necessary. Open Build Lab: Creative Construction for Teens

Teens ages 13-18 are invited to experiment with a variety of hands-on building systems (K’NEX, ZOOB, Engino and more) in this drop-in session at the Thompson Makerspace at Abbot Public Library led by Dan Saulnier, technical resource specialist. Participants can continue work on the community K’NEX Ferris wheel or create an original project. Drop in anytime during the session to build, experiment and bring your ideas to life. Beaded Link Jewelry class

Reiki 1 Certificate
