Art Career Workshop at the MAA

Artists looking to turn their passion into a sustainable career can learn from Suzanne Schultz, founder of Canvas Fine Arts and an art business expert. The Marblehead Arts Association workshop will focus on building a thriving career in the arts. 8 Hooper St. Admission is $20 for the general public and $15 for Marblehead Arts Association members. ‘Jagged Little Pill’
June 19-28, various times
The Broadway hit “Jagged Little Pill” comes to Marblehead Little Theatre for a 10-performance run. Inspired by Alanis Morissette’s groundbreaking album, the musical explores themes of trauma, identity, addiction, healing and connection in modern America. Performances are scheduled at 2 and 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $35 for adults and $25 for students. Visit mltlive.org for tickets and showtimes.

Festival Runs
Saturday, June 20, 7:30 a.m.-noon
Runners and walkers can lace up for Marblehead Festival of Arts with a 5K or 10K road race. The starting line is at the Post Office, 27 Smith St. Registration and race information are available at marbleheadfestival.org.

Celebrate Marblehead Public Schools
Saturday, June 20, 6:30 p.m.

Meet local artists and explore new work at the Marblehead Arts Association’s reception for its 2026 Summer Member Exhibition. The event will be held at 8 Hooper St.

Dream Big and Build It
Wednesday, June 24, 7-8:30 p.m. 
Ever wonder how Marblehead’s most elaborate Halloween displays come to life? Local architect Thomas Saltsman will take audiences behind the scenes of his large-scale multimedia creations, sharing insights into the design, planning and construction process.
