Life presents challenges: changing careers, dealing with health issues, becoming empty nesters, and losing a spouse or partner, notes the Marblehead Mental Health Task Force.
The Task Force has been looking at these issues, especially during the pandemic, and four of its members will be coming to the Marblehead Council on Aging as part of its Speaker Series to talk and answer your questions about dealing with challenging life transitions. Lunch will be at noon, with the panel discussion led by Dr. Kim Leventhal, with presenters Sharon Doliber, Melissa Kaplowitch and Mark Libon following at 12:30 p.m.
Reservations are required by Friday, Oct. 14 by stopping by the COA office at the Judy & Gene Jacobi Community Center, 10 Humphrey St.
